While carrying out extensive refurbishment work to their existing house the owner wished to add additional accommodation for a family member who was coming to live with them.  We designed the new extension to provide a distinct separate living space with its own entrance to allow privacy while also linking to the main house internally.  The new open plan living space is located at the front of the site to take advantage of the sea views to the West with the new bedrooms and shower room located to the back.
