Lerwick

The site of this house enjoys uninterupted views of the coastline and across to the island of Bressay and the new extension was designed to provide additional accommodation to the rear of the property with large areas of glazing to maximise these beautiful views.  The design was in-keeping with the form and materials of the existing house with timber shingles being used for part of the external wall cladding.  Timber decking was added to provide outdoor space which will also benefit from views across the sound.
