The client’s brief was for a 3 bedroom house with a light and open feel which took advantage of the peaceful scenic setting and uninterrupted views to the coast. The kitchen and living area is open to the entrance hallway and stair which has a balcony space above with roof windows to let light down into the entrance area below.

The garage and utility room are accessed from the entrance porch and the ground floor guest bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom for convenience.  The first floor contains a further double bedroom, home office space and shower room.
